The present project is a continuation of a previous “Grassroots Movements: Urban Activism in Central Asia” project. The project goal in 2023 is to make the study results and policy paper recommendations in Russian language accessible to different stakeholders, including authorities responsible/involved for city development, by publishing, presenting and spreading the policy paper and study.
