Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic: Analysis of Changes in the Spirit and Letter of the Main Law over the Years of Independence

Within the framework of the project a collection of three analytical materials was developed based on political and legal analysis of changes in the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic that have occurred since 1993. The materials explore the following issues:

What do the changes in the Constitution made during the years of independence say?

Do they reflect the mood in society or are they dictated "from above"?

Does the latest revision of the Constitution indicate significant changes in the political course of the country?
4
How did the political regime of Kyrgyzstan change through changes in the Constitution?
