Digitalisation Trends in the Global and Central Asian Travel and Hospitality Sector

The digitalisation of the travel and hospitality sector is an ongoing and evolving process with transformative trends shaping the industry globally. Central Asian countries, including Uzbekistan, are gradually embracing digitalisation, albeit with specific challenges. Overcoming these challenges and leveraging the latest digital advancements can pave the way for a more efficient, sustainable, and enjoyable travel experience in the years to come. This will require strong political will and unprecedented multi-stakeholder efforts, including significant private investment in infrastructure deployment, government action to develop digital skills, and policy reform in this area.
